What time do we normally start on the day of the move?

We usually start between 8:30 and 9:30 am, unless requested otherwise.

How much will I be insured for?

Our liability cover insures our customer for up to £50K.

Will I be charged for waiting?

We will allow up 2pm for waiting and then we will charge £15 per person per hour waiting, however you can avoid this by choosing our late key waiver option whereby you pay a fee of £45 when booking your removal and this will avoid any late charges.

Do you deliver boxes before the move?

Yes, we do and we can deliver them at a time that suits you.

Will my move have to be split up into days?

Depending on the size of the move it might be. Especially if we need to do the packing and/or the moving to address is a fair distance.

How do I go about arranging parking suspensions?

We can arrange them for an admin fee of £15 or you could contact your local council to arrange it. They normally require around 5 working days’ notice (although this can vary).

If my move date is not confirmed will this affect my booking?

If you have paid your deposit this will secure your booking regardless of having a set confirmation date. However, we ideally need a weeks’ notice so we can facilitate for our other customers.
