BMS Transport have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help make the moving process as transparent and easy as possible. If you have any questions not covered here, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

We usually start between 8:30 and 9:30 am, unless requested otherwise.

Our liability cover insures our customer for up to £50K.

We will allow up 2pm for waiting and then we will charge £30 per person per hour waiting, however you can avoid this by choosing our late key waiver option whereby you pay a fee when booking your removal and this will avoid any late charges.

Yes, we do and we can deliver them at a time that suits you.

Depending on the size of the move it might be. Especially if we need to do the packing and/or the moving to address is a fair distance.

We can arrange them for an admin fee of £50+VAT or you could contact your local council to arrange it. They normally require around 5 working days’ notice (although this can vary).

You can pay 30% deposit to secure your tentative move date regardless of having a confirmation. However, we need a weeks’ notice so we can change the move date without any postponement charges. (Subject to availability).
