We usually start between 8:30 and 9:30 am, unless requested otherwise.
Our liability cover insures our customer for up to £50K.
We will allow up 2pm for waiting and then we will charge £15 per person per hour waiting, however you can avoid this by choosing our late key waiver option whereby you pay a fee of £75 when booking your removal and this will avoid any late charges.
Yes, we do and we can deliver them at a time that suits you.
Depending on the size of the move it might be. Especially if we need to do the packing and/or the moving to address is a fair distance.
We can arrange them for an admin fee of £15 or you could contact your local council to arrange it. They normally require around 5 working days’ notice (although this can vary).
If you have paid your deposit this will secure your booking regardless of having a set confirmation date. However, we ideally need a weeks’ notice so we can facilitate for our other customers.
